rum runner's holePosted by Rick (Toronto, Canada) on 7 August 2012 in Landscape & Rural. This is "Smuggler's Cove" in Nova Scotia, just off the Evangeline Trail. During low tide it is possible to walk into the cave, which is big enough to accommodate a small sailing vessel and probably a lot of rum... this is the alleged history of the place, but I was more interested in its rugged texture and omnipresent mist.
