Happy ST !
Perhaps they don’t favour the brand?
Nevertheless, i agree with the title!
Live how you composed this ;-)

I also LOVE how you composed it!

@Denny Jump: I prefer "Signed: Wonderful experienced soul with a crackling wit and good nature"... thanks, Denny!

@Existence Artistique: Merci.
Maybe they could not wait for Black Friday ;-) Fortunately Younge Street was more quiet when I was in Toronto ! extreme scene you have captured here Rick !

@Anna Cherer: Ahhh, Yonge street is an abomination for the most part, but perhaps that is the typical "love-hate" feeling that a lot of Torontonians have. I much prefer King street east and west :-) Thanks for commenting, Anna!
Anyway, he does not need shoes for now !!!! Well seen !!!!

@Ehsan Hemmati: City gritty. Thanks!
Wonderful story, the low colour is utmost perfection !~

@Phil Morris: Thanks, Phil. The characters were colourful enough, I figured.
A smaShing Time but a lot of trouble to go to when they are probably not your size or even a pair,
although I guess juST the one will do for the guy in the wheelchair :)

@grouser: Hopefully he knew his shoe size. It is debatable.
Really extreme !
I don't know if it is happy or not.

@Hiro: Probably more like "Menacing ST", but "Happy ST" is a tradition with a better ring to it :-) - thanks, Hiro!
Superb capture in the street . Great composition and title .

This sure looks to be a street to avoid . .

@Ronnie 2¢: An extremely long and congested street packed with every kind of retail, every kind of device-addicted-distracted citizen, not enough sidewalk width, barely any trees... for the sake of brevity I will end the list here and agree with you!
Beautiful tones captured in this composition!! The cracked patterns in the windows stand out nicely here. Your title fits this so well.

@Steven: During the 2010 G20 in Toronto, vandals ran wild on some downtown streets. It gave me a rather sickening photo opportunity as I walked home from protests. Thanks for the feedback!
I like the desaturation. The gritty feel is exceptional. Fabulous work!

@Ruthiebear: I like taking the colour back a few notches sometimes, when it seems to suit the subject matter. Thanks very much, Ruthie.
Looks like the work of EXTREMISTS !!! I might stay clear of this shop !!
What a terrible SorT of thing !!!!
