This is a different and larger view of a building facade in Kitchener Ontario that I posted an image of previously.

Gérard Flayol from Allauch, France

It's impressive ! Do they have the right to put the curtains of their choice ???

14 Mar 2018 9:30am

@Gérard Flayol: I tend to think that anything less than visual conformity for the exterior of this facade would be against the rules. Not my kind of situation, but I will press the shutter button on my way past it.

What extraordinary uniformity well captured. Does anyone ever shut a shutter? :)

@grouser: I doubt it. Sheep !

Franz from Baden, Austria

I'm stunned! And speechless! How could an architect build such a 'thing'? How can people want to live there? (Or perhaps they don't WANT to anyway ...). As a compensation for my architectural 'sufferings' I can always appreciate the beauty and attraction of your photo. Thanks for that, Sir!

@Franz: We are in agreement, sir franz ! I believe this was an old industrial building originally, now repurposed into the homogeny of horrors above. It makes for a good graphism photo statement and a nice reinforcement of my inner rebellion.

It is painful to my eyes to look at this building. Like one of those eye puzzles.

I thought this looked familiar!! This time all of the windows seem to be in order with their shutters! This makes such a great framed subject. Great capture! And I love your title. :-)

That's some lovely symmetry. I think I see a sign by the door: "No Rebels". ;-)
