"The Tweed Curtain"

My title refers to a snide local nickname for the Oak Bay portion of Victoria B.C., where a sense of being part of the Commonwealth remains quite palpable. Victoria is one of my favourite cities and I can't help but dismiss such negative and snarky energy. Besides, Vancouver island is a very special place with amazing trees. Curtain shmurtain!

A splendid view under this stately tree with an incredible canopy to provide plenty of shade!! Your timing is perfect to incorporate the trolley.

Franz from Baden, Austria

That is a mighty tree indeed, even by Vancouver Island standards, I am sure ...
If I had the good luck to live in the Oak Bay area, I wouldn't give a damn about what the others say ... ;-)
