Toronto's vibrant King Street West district is undergoing a building boom that is city-wide, but down at street level a lot of older character abounds for the discerning eye. Some restoration is in order.

The facade definitely looks well-intact, yet the shattered windows look like they are replacement windows that need replacement again.

Need work for sure but people seem to be in some of the rooms. Neat shot of the old brick and all those textures.
