Happy ST, yes, but on a more serious note when Toronto had its last garbage strike it was the poor neighbourhoods that were used as temporary dumping areas. This popular basketball court was taken away without a moment's thought or public consultation. You can rest assured the wealthy parts of town weren't similarly affected.

Perhaps a not so happy ST ...

@Denny Jump: Indeed, and the ongoing nightmare of politics continues to widen the gulf between what the voters want and what the system will deliver. It's getting pretty lousy up here, too.
